Event Coordination

Event coordination brings people together in forums they can enjoy, trust and respect. Our events celebrate unique aspects of a project team, as well as mark progress with kick off events such as groundbreakings, milestone celebrations such as ribbon cuttings, and close out events such as team recognition.

Event coordination includes: securing the site, securing vendors, designing and producing the invitation, managing the RSVP process, publicizing the event, securing speakers, drafting speaking points, conducting walk through meetings with the hosts to prepare and trouble shoot final details, and staffing and photo-documenting the event.
