Mediation
Because sharing decisions is complex, Collaborative Services also provides partnering sessions and mediations. These services help people anticipate areas of potential or actual disagreement and develop lines of communication, shared problem-solving systems, solutions, and benchmarks to track their progress. We work with people prior to reaching agreement, as well as help them monitor the implementation of their agreements, so that problems during implementation can be addressed and resolved.
