Public Involvement

Public involvement is the foundation of Collaborative Services, Inc. Involving multiple stakeholders in decisions that impact them can be a complicated process for a public agency, non-profit organization, corporation or negotiating team. Yet, it is one of the most important ways to build trust and a shared responsibility for the quality of solutions and their implementation. Our team is highly trained and skilled in public involvement techniques from designing and facilitating the public process, memorializing progress, action items and agreements.
