Skilled, creative, strategic, reliable, trusty-worthy, appropriate, dependable and respectful. These are the qualities each of our team members bring to a project. In addition, they work in an inter-disciplinary environment working daily with architects, engineers, graphic designers, contractors, journalists and political leaders. Prior to joining us, our team members have worked in political offices, publishing houses, and media outlets — all of which give our team insight into the particular needs our clients’ projects will have and give us the ability to anticipate issues and create solutions that allow greater understanding to replace potential conflicts.
Together, our team:
- Supports regional and local transportation projects
- Outreaches and engages diverse community members in long range planning projects
- Develops and implements award winning advertising campaigns
- Creates a more sustainable future by working with community members to change their water use and pollution behaviors
- Mitigates the impacts of infrastructure construction so that communities are successful while improvements are built

Project Manager: 20+ years or experience
Managing Associate: 10+ years of experience
Associate: 5+ years of experience
Assistant: 1+ year experience
